Inspired by the flavours of the EUROPEAN
Inspired by the European tradition of cooking over fire, our menu is all about fantastic produce, great wine and bold flavours from Spain, France and Italy. Established in 2021, Yardbird is a contemporary Australian exploration of the season’s best produce located in Albury, regional NSW. Head Chef Simon Arkless’ focused approach to seasonal cooking results in a daily steak and seafood menu of precision and care.

Like our menu, our drinks menu is ever changing. Selected by our wine consultant, Jez Shiell, our wine list is composed of an abundance of mineral-driven, local and internationally sourced artisan-produced and minimal intervention wines.
